Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Worldous ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Worldous website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Worldous. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian, and they must read and agree to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or password with others.
• You may not use another user's account without permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Virtual currency and items

Worldous uses a virtual currency called "coins." Coins are earned in-game, including a free daily payout to every signed-in player, and may also be purchased. Coins, marketplace items, and collectibles exist only inside the Service: they are a limited, revocable licence to use digital content, they have no cash value, and they cannot be redeemed or exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the Service.

Coins may be used to enter mini-game matches against other players. Match entries are optional gameplay — no purchase is ever required to play or to keep earning coins — and entries are final once a match begins, except where a draw or technical error is resolved by the Service.

Purchases and billing

• Worldous Plus memberships and coin packs are paid products bought with real money through our payment provider.
• Prices are shown before checkout and may change at any time for future purchases.
• Memberships renew or expire as described at the time of purchase; you can cancel a recurring membership at any time and keep access until the paid period ends.
• Purchases of virtual content are final and non-refundable once delivered, except where refunds are required by law.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may result in removal of the purchased content and suspension of your account.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal content.
• Exploit bugs, use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Attempt to buy, sell, or trade accounts, coins, or items outside of the Service.
• Impersonate other users, staff, or public figures.
• Share personal information of others without permission.
• Use the Service for phishing, scams, or malware distribution.

User-generated content

You keep ownership of content you create, such as forum posts, comments, and marketplace items. By submitting content to Worldous, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You are responsible for making sure your content does not violate the rights of others or these Terms.

Enforcement and termination

We may warn, suspend, ban, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or our community rules, at our sole discretion. Bans may be temporary or permanent. You may appeal enforcement actions by contacting support.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Worldous is not responsible for losses related to virtual currency, items, or account access caused by user error, unauthorized account use, or service interruptions.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Significant changes will be announced through the Service.
