Accounts & Sign-in
▸How do I create an account?
Head to the sign-up page, pick a username and password, solve the quick puzzle, and you're in. After that you can customize your character on the avatar page.
▸I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the sign-in page, choose "Forgot password?" and enter the email linked to your account. We'll send you a reset link. Still stuck? Message us on the support page.
▸Can I change my username?
Usernames are permanent right now so other players can always find you, but message us on the support page if yours is a real problem and we'll take a look.
Coins & Wagers
▸How do I get coins?
Every signed-in player gets a free daily payout just for showing up, plus a bonus for visiting the Hub each day. You can also win coins in mini-game matches, sell items on the marketplace, or buy coin packs on the upgrades page.
▸What happens if a match gets cancelled?
Every coin goes straight back where it came from. If anyone cancels before a match finishes, all wagers are refunded in full — nobody loses a coin.
▸What happens if a game ends in a tie?
In a tie, the pot is split evenly and both players get their wager back, so no one loses out on a draw.
▸Can I get my coins back after losing a match?
No — match entries are final once the game begins, and the winner takes the pot. That's what makes every match worth playing. Cancels and draws are the exceptions, and those are always refunded.
Games, Trading & Worlds
▸Where can I see my match history and stats?
Head to the Mini Games page and open History — every match you've played is tracked there, including wins, losses, who you played against, and how much you've won.
▸How do I know a trade is safe?
Trades are handled inside Worldous — both players see exactly what's being offered before confirming, and every trade is recorded in your Transactions. Never agree to trade outside the app; anyone asking you to is trying to scam you.
▸Something isn't working in a world — what do I do?
Worlds are still very new and in development. If you run into an issue with a featured world, please share it on the support page so our team can fix it.
Friends & Safety
▸How do I add friends?
Open someone's profile and hit the Add Friend button — once they accept, they'll show up on your friends list and you can challenge them to matches, trade, and message.
▸Someone is being rude or cheating — how do I report them?
Use the report option on their profile, or send us the details on the support page. Our moderation team reviews every report.
Membership
▸What do memberships include and how much do they cost?
Worldous Plus memberships come with perks like bonus coins and exclusive gear. Current plans and prices are on the upgrades page, and you can cancel a recurring membership at any time and keep access until the paid period ends.
